Don't Miss Our New Jewelry Designs: Happy Earth Day Everyone! This is a special weekend for me, as we celebrate the amazing ecosystems of the Earth, and brainstorms ways to help protect our resources. In honor of this year’s Earth Day Celebration, I will be giving you all 10% off on ALL my jewelry as well as donate a portion of my profits to The Sierra Club. This celebration will be going on through April 30, 2007 so don’t miss out! I have been studying and working towards establishing more sustainable living for the past 17 years, and I am amazed at how fast time passes. Each year, more and more consumers choose recycled and earth friendly products. What once was relegated to a few Health Food Stores in big cities now has shelf space in all major supermarket chains: organic fresh produce, organic packaged foods and beverages, and organic cotton, hemp, and bamboo materials are found in gorgeous fashionable clothing, and people are able to purchase and drive their fuel efficient cars. I am very proud of my eco-friendly business, which is a coming together of my passions for “eco-friendly living”, designing jewelry, and running a successful business to support my daughter and I. My new line of jewelry is made from non-dyed and ethically traded gems, are shipped in reused packaging when possible, paper goods are printed on recycled paper, and my website is run on renewable energy.
